What is your most memorable wedding?
We opened our boutique in October 2018, so the majority of our brides are getting married in 2019 - 2020. But one of our first brides is the first to get married at a new local wedding venue - Holmewood Hall. Our first bride and their first wedding. Check out our social media to see a collaboration we did with Holmewood Hall recently.

Describe your typical process with a couple.
On the day of the brides appointment, we ask a few questions about the wedding, including date, venue, theme/colour or style. This gives us an idea about what gown may fit with the brides vision. We then let the bride and her brides tribe look at the gowns. Everything is labelled with price, size, colours and delivery times (if applicable). Whilst this is happening we prepare some beverages, cakes and biscuits to keep everyone going.
The appointments typically last for 2 hours, longer if there is availability and in that time we try on the gowns that have been selected. We ask the bride what she likes about a gown, or doesn’t like. This may help select a gown that hasn’t already been pulled for the bride to try on. It is important that we listen to what the bride is saying at this stage. We narrow down the search, retrying on any gowns that may have been short listed until we find the one.
Some of our gowns can take up to 16 weeks to be made and delivered so it is important that we take all the brides details and that they are aware of their options. We will be on hand should the bride have any questions or queries from the time they walk through our boutique door to the day of the wedding.
