I have heard many stories from friends who have really not enjoyed the wedding dress buying process. They have been panicked by retailers months out and have found it very stressful. I however, found it one of the most enjoyable elements of the whole planning! Lindsay was unbelievable - calm and friendly and nothing was too much. I ended up choosing elements of 3 different dresses to create my ideal dress and she was so professional and lovely. A brilliant experience!

Wow what a gorgeous shop, the outside looks amazing! the inside is stunning and it just makes looking for a dress so special, the staff can't do enough for you and gave me loads of advice, I loved my experience so very much and will never forget it! My dress is stunning, the veil & tiara just beautiful! The girls are so passionate about dress in love and you can tell they love what they do! I'm so happy I found the shop and found my dream dress! I found my dress on the first visit!

The service provided was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them and they went above and beyond to ensure I felt special and looked amazing. My queries were always answered in a timely manner and the hair and makeup service for fitting was fantastic. The fact that the shop was closed to just ourselves for the fitting appt made myself, my family and friends feel extra special and comfortable.

I happened to pass dress in love often as I live in Hertford and always loved it's light and airy setting and beautiful Windows. When myself and my partner decided to get married I couldn't wait to make my appointment with Lindsay. She made me feel so welcome,you could not fault the service you receive here,even when presented with the task of fitting my huge dress into a carry on suitcase for our wedding overseas. I also got a skirt made here for my daughter to match mine,just beautiful.

Lindsay was very helpful and was very easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable. She was very accomdating at fitting in a last minute dress fitting so that my Mother who was visiting from Australia could see me in my dress. The quality of the dress was great and I felt wonderful.
