Really bent over backwards to make sure that everything was perfect in every way for our wedding. They ordered matching colours in specially, coped with changing the seating plan last minute for all the indecisive guests, and much more. Every email from them was a delight to read, couldn't have asked for more.

They are truly incredible at what they do. They went above and beyond for me. I was kept up to date with everything. Their customer service is amazing I can not fault this company in any way. I told them what I liked & wanted and they did exactly that for my wedding Day. Anthony is such a lovely genuine person. He was forever updating me & seeing if I was happy through-out the whole process. Thanks for making part of my wedding planning stress free.

Special touch events went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my table decorations, they kept me updated with pictures and were very helpful throughout. Absolutely fantastic service. They are polite, friendly, professional and out of all the companies I’ve used for different items for my wedding, this one has by far been the most helpful. They are reasonably priced too, some companies charge a fortune for what they provided and in my opinion I’d of happily paid more!

If I could give them 10*, I would!! Absolutely AMAZING customer service! Unfortunately, I had to postpone my original date & change the theme of the day, however, Special Touch Events went above & beyond to cater to my needs, ensuring I still got my money's worth, adding balloons & mirrored bases. They even matched the balloons to others I had ordered. On the day they arrived early (even before me) & began to set-up, let me leave to get ready & finished the final touches of sprinkling confetti on the tables & came back on time to remove all the dressings. The room looked STUNNING!! Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful it looked. Throughout the whole communication process, I have felt so comfortable talking to them & they have checked in with me regularly. The service they offer is second to none, I will be recommending them to everyone...& using them again for any other special events! Thank-you SO much! X
