Occasional Trees

Occasional Trees is a family run business, owned and run by partners Scott and Alice. Our business is located in the heart of Somerset, a setting that kindled and continues to nurture our passion for the countryside, nature and environment. ​Scott is a qualified tree surgeon and has been in the business for over 15 years. Scott has a wealth of knowledge about tress and is passionate about their care, he takes great pride in being a custodian of our natural sky scrapers. ​Alice is a qualified Event Manager and has worked on a variety of different types of events throughout her career. Our business was started when they both wanted to find a way to make wedding decorations more sustainable. What better way to decorate any event than with a living tree, that will be reused again and again? We offer a varity of different trees from bays, silver birches and cherry trees.
