From first sight of their professional, informative website, through personalised collection and drop-off times to demos of tech, helpline mobile numbers etc Basement Hire nailed it. The sound and light kit performed as described and 'made' the party. No hesitation in pushing other novices like myself towards James and his company.

We hired some speakers and associated cables for our wedding and James and his team were really helpful in recommending what equipment we'd need and what to do for the best setup. Not knowing anything about sound equipment it was explained in how to set it up and communication was also excellent. Would highly recommend.

First time hire from BH and I was really impressed with the service and equipment I used. I had the 'party package' of two large speakers and four lights with all the tripods and cabling. The gear was great and just right for the venue we were using. James was really helpful and at the end of the phone for a slight problem I had. The collection and drop off was nice and easy. All in all, highly recommended - would definitely use again.
