The father of the groom made hand blown tea light holders as wedding favours
We talk a lot about what the couple want. I ask a lot of questions so that I can give them a quote detailing menu & costs, how it will be served. The couple don't want any costing surprises so terms & conditions will be agreed upon before hand. I want the catering aspect of the couple's wedding to be settled early on so that they can concentrate their time on all the other aspects of the big day, like choosing the dress, suit, shoes etc...
Cook our standard noodle menu with our own bbq char siu roast pork. We marinate fillets of pork in soy sauce, garlic, ginger, spices, shao shing wine, sesame oil, honey for at least 24 hours before glazing in local honey & roasting it to succulent perfection and serving it with vegetables on top of authentic thin wheat noodles which are tossed with bean sprouts and Chinese greens.
Stir fried king prawns & squid with oyster sauce & pak choi.
Some would say it was chocolate or oysters, but I would say it is any food which is cooked with love and shared by people in love or with friends and family who love each other.
