What we serve:
We cook authentic fine noodles on our professional wok stoves and top them with the freshest selection of meats and veggies. Toppings include slices of tender chicken thighs marinated in soy sauce & spices, freshly honey (local) roasted boneless char siu pork, aromatic duck rich with 5 spice, seasonal vegetables such as baby pak choi. A vast choice of sauces such as soy, sweet & sour, hoisin, hot chilli, sweet chilli, curry and sprinkles of toasted sesame seeds, chilli flakes and fried shallots. Vegan and vegetarian choices. Why Wok n Roll:
I am from a small fishing island off Hong Kong called Cheung Chau (long island) where there are no cars and grew up eating hawker street food. Wok n Roll is a family run noodle bar bringing a taste of the most authentic home cooked noodles you will get outside of Hong Kong.
Wok n Roll is an ethically aware caterer and as a home cook, we don't serve gooey greasy Chinese takeaway food where all the sauces and dishes taste the same. Whatever event we cater, we always have excellent feedback because our food tastes fresh & delicious. I would never serve anything that I wouldn't eat myself and I have very high standards.
No MSG is used in the making of our food. All food served in biodegradable noodle pails with wooden chopsticks & forks.
As member of NCASS we are a professional and responsible caterer holding all up to date training and relevant certificates & insurance. We of course have a score of 5 on the door. We will bring a taste of Cheung Chau hawker food to Latitude at reasonable prices cooked with care and served with a smile with heaps of customer service and consistency.
