Total Hospitality

We could not have been more impressed by the Total Hospitality team for an absolutely amazing day of delicious food and incredible service at our wedding. We were truly amazed at how delicious the food was - even though we'd had a delicious tasting session it was even better than we remembered! We went for an Italian menu and had antipasti sharing starters, a lasagne and chicken pesto pasta for our mains, and then tiramisu and salted caramel chocolate tart for our pudding. We would say every single person who attended mentioned how amazing the food was, with most saying it was the best food they'd had at a wedding. The team were extremely attentive, constantly provide top ups and ensuring everyone had enough food. We are honestly so grateful for all their hard work in making our day so special and would recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer for their special occasion.

We are so so happy that we chose Total Hospitality to supply our wedding catering on 21st June, an especially big thank you to Jeremy and the staff on the day! We booked them at least a year before our wedding and had a trial meal after booking in their lovely little barn and tried all our food which was delicious and we didn't need to make any changes at all. The months leading up to the wedding were so organised and all the details that the team needed was easily uploaded to a shared google drive and edited if needed up until 2 weeks before the wedding. The team were flexible in organising a site visit and were meticulous in all the planning for the day. All allergies were catered for very flexibly. They were also very flexible with unforeseen changes in circumstances and guest numbers. We feel that the cost was very competitive compared to other catering companies and we got the most amazing food so were extremely happy with the service. On the day we didn’t have to worry about anything and everything we had imagined just magically happened when we arrived at the venue. They worked so so hard to set everything up on the morning of the wedding. The drinks reception was amazing and we were so grateful to Jeremy (head of the team) for regularly coming to find me and Harry to offer us canapés before they all got demolished so we were both able to have lots of them. He really went above and beyond expectations. The wedding breakfast was amazing and there was SO SO much food. Everyone loved all of it and every item was delicious. They also cut and served our cake and saved some for me and Harry before it also got completely demolished! All the staff were very friendly, helpful and smiley. They were also very happy to accommodate the silver service wedding singers we had booked and allowed them to help with serving the drinks! We honestly had the best day ever and will be recommending you to everyone!

I'm an amateur cook, & have also been on many cooking courses, & have also been lucky enough to eat in some very famous restaurants too, so this should be high praise indeed. We can't begin to express how happy we were with the mass catering TH provided. Seamless, well organised service with helpful staff. On the day we went out of our way to express how we felt, however we wanted to put our praise in writing. The food was simply yummy & other's who had vegan & vegetarian options were delighted too. Total were fantastic from the get go! We had a wonderful tasting pre wedding and felt very looked after during the whole process of booking our wedding food. Total were great at last minute changes and made us feel very relaxed. Our wedding day food was divine and all our guests commented on how delicious it all was! We loved the service, and speed on the day! Jeremy was fantastic and no ask was too big. He made sure to come over to us the Bride and Groom so we did not miss out on canapes. Nothing was too much for total hospitality. The food was amazing and the guest all commented so. We had family style for mains which everyone loved the sharing aspect. Canapés when great and the late night pizzas hit the spot.

We had a fantastic experience with Total Hospitality. The food was delicious and really generous so none of our guests left hungry. They answered every question and really accommodated our every request. The planning forms they have are really detailed so they knew everything we wanted before our big day and it meant it ran smoothly on the day. Couldn't be happier that we went with Total Hospitality for our wedding.

Dealing with the Total Hospitality team was a pleasure from start to finish. The tasting session was very informative, and really put us at ease - they were able to answer all our questions and the food all tasted great - was hard to choose between them! They’ve been really friendly and easy to communicate with through the whole process. On the day, the service was simply outstanding. Everyone’s food & drinks seemed to magically appear at the right times, and tasted delicious. We were able to relax and enjoy our day! So many of our guests commented on how tasty the food was, and how professional the team were when serving. Thanks so much to the whole team!
