Meet to discuss requirements - estimate sent - estimate accepted - 3 month prior to the event, a second meeting with a tasting to confirm the menu and finalise timings and details - if necessary, revised estimate based upon confirmed details - setup meeting the day before the event to confirm the time plan, final details and set the event up - event day, the couple can relax as everything has been finalised the day before and we will run your event exactly to your plan leaving you to enjoy knowing we have covered everything for you.
