Our most memorable wedding was in 2024. The venue featured a beautiful courtyard that led into the wedding breakfast room. The sun was shining, and the couple chose to have a DJ in the courtyard, allowing guests to dance as the sun set and later under the stars.

The courtyard was lined with bunting and festoon lighting, with tables and benches thoughtfully arranged for guests to sit and relax. As a surprise, the bride and groom took to the decks, playing music for the crowd. The atmosphere was electric—a truly unforgettable celebration!

What we’re most proud of is the customer experience we create. It’s not just about serving drinks—it’s about making every guest feel special and being a part of the fun! One of my favorite personal touches we've seen at a wedding was with a couple where one was a farmer and the other had a construction background. They had an outdoor festival-style wedding on the bride's parents' farm, and the guests were waiting outside the tipi for the couple’s arrival after the ceremony. Instead of a traditional entrance, the couple arrived on the pick-up part of a digger, with the bride’s dad driving it! It was such a fun and memorable moment that perfectly reflected their personalities and made for an unforgettable entrance to the celebration!

We begin with an initial consultation to discuss the couple’s requirements and explain our services. If they decide to book, we will send a booking form to complete, and the booking fee will be required at this stage.

In January of the wedding year, we will arrange either a video call (for venues we are familiar with) or a site visit (for venues we haven’t been to before). During this meeting, we will go over the details of the day and create a solid plan. If a site visit is needed, we will check for any potential restrictions or logistical considerations.

One month before the wedding, we will do a check-in, followed by a final check-in during the week of the wedding to ensure everything is set for the big day.

To wow a MasterChef judge with our signature cocktail, the Pornstar Martini, it's all about delivering the perfect balance of flavours, technique, and presentation. Here’s how we’d approach it:

1. Flavours Balance: The Pornstar Martini is known for its vibrant mix of passion fruit, vanilla, and a hint of lime. We ensure the flavours are bold and balanced. The tartness of the passion fruit pairs beautifully with the sweetness of vanilla and the acidity of lime, creating an exciting taste experience. Plus, the shot of Prosecco on the side adds a refreshing, fizzy contrast that really elevates the drink.

2. Technique & Precision: We make sure every element is executed flawlessly. From shaking the cocktail to ensure it's perfectly chilled and mixed, to straining it for a smooth finish, every step is key. Adding a beautifully balanced foam makes each sip feel luxurious and adds a playful touch. The precision in garnishing with a fresh half passion fruit not only enhances the look but also boosts the flavor profile.

3. Presentation: A cocktail is all about the visual appeal, and with the Pornstar Martini, we go all out. The crystal-clear glass, the vibrant orange from the passion fruit, and the carefully placed passion fruit garnish create a visually stunning drink that immediately grabs attention. And of course, the Prosecco shot on the side adds a touch of class and intrigue.

The Pornstar Martini has a bit of cheekiness to it, but it’s elegant at the same time. We tell the judges how this cocktail brings a sense of fun and indulgence, making it perfect for any occasion.

5. Confidence & Charisma: When serving the cocktail, we talk with passion about the ingredients, the inspiration behind it, and how it’s designed to be a showstopper in both flavor and presentation. Confidence in our craft is key to making the judge excited to take that first sip.

By combining impeccable technique, a well-balanced flavours profile, and a dash of theatrical flair, our Pornstar Martini will definitely wow the judges and leave a lasting impression.

As a mobile bar, we don’t offer food, but we love crafting custom drinks to suit each couple’s vision. One memorable wedding featured a cocktail hour inspired by the couple’s love for spiced rum and Disaronno.

With a summer wedding and a desire for flavours reminiscent of travel abroad, we created a fruity cocktail with rich rum and almond undertones. To add a touch of magic, we topped it with a cocktail bubble that burst into a cloud of smoke—a stunning and unforgettable experience for their guests!
