A typical menu will include; Brisket, Burnt Ends, Pulled Pork, Ribs and Pit Beans, all served with sides. It can be served buffet style or individually on demand in a street food style. We can, of course, tailor the menu to suit and can cater for up to around 150 people with our current setup.
