Prices Start at

Cash Bar Option We supply the full mobile bar hire service, bar structure, staff, glassware and licensing. Guests then pay for themselves. You can treat your guests to a few drinks though: -Welcome Prosecco can be provided at £1.50 per head -First Drink can be provided from £2.50 per head Toasting Drinks, Table Wine and Other Drinks can be supplied. Prices vary depending on total guests and drink requirement. Open Bar Option Treat your guests to a prepaid, open bar event! Our stock list will be completely tailored to your tastes and served from your choice of mobile bar or pop up bar structure. Pricing starts from £15 per head depending on drink type, number of guests, estimated drinks and length of service. Please contact us for more information.

Sipwell Bars & Events is a family run business with over 30 years in the industry. ‘The Gin Hut’ was born from a love of Gin and since starting the venture the company has grown and Sipwell Bars & Events has formed. Now offering a full mobile bar hire service with our converted horse box trailer bars.

Phil and the team were great in running a cash bar for our wedding reception. I spoke to phil in the build up to the wedding to discuss drinks preferences and it really was a case of anything being possible. We used Sipwell Bar for our wedding 2 weeks ago. I have nothing but good things to say. They were fantastic from start to finish! The communication we had with Phil was very prompt and he was able to answer all our questions and meet all our requirements. The drinks selection he had was vast and everyone was able to get what they wanted. We had our reception in a sailcloth tent (which can pose its challenges re water supply and electricity) but Phil let us know exactly what he needed.
