You want it, we’ll get it! This day is about YOU and we believe it should the best day ever. So we aim to please and provide the most amazing, stress free service.

We serve draught lagers, ales and ciders, bottled drinks, cocktails, spirits, wines, Prosecco, soft drinks, seasonal drinks etc. We can tailor our drinks menu to suit each event. We offer different bar packages and can add on extras such as table wines or a drinks reception. Our bar can go inside or outside and we organise everything for you. We accept cash and card payments. Based in Rochester, Kent but we travel where we are needed.

Shandys Mobile Bar Pricing & Costs

£1 - £300

We have no hire fee but we do ask for a £300 refundable deposit to secure your date and a minimum spend of £1500. We supply all drinks, glassware, staff and ice. We also arrange all the licensing and events notices too so there is no stress for you!

Shandys Mobile Bar Full Description

We offer different options for hire: Dry hire - we provide the bar and equipment only. Staff can be hired at an extra cost. All the below services include all stock, staff, ice, garnishes and glasswear. Cash bar- guests pay for their own drinks. Prepaid bar - you can put a set amount behind the bar then once it’s run out you can top it up or we can revert to a cash bar. All inclusive bar - we offer 3 packages for all inclusive drinks for your guests. Alternatively we can create a bespoke package just for you! We can create tailor made drinks menu and stock the drinks you want! We can go inside or outside and have 2 marquee sizes. Our 5mx6m marquee is included free of charge with our hire, alternatively we have a 5mx10m marquee which will have a small charge to include in our hire. We have no hire fee for our services but do ask for a refundable deposit and minimum spend.
