Madda Events Full Description
At Madda, we want you to have what you want on your special day. Whether it’s G&T Bar, Prosecco Bar, or whether you want us to serve your favourite cocktail, we can tailor it to suit your needs!
We offer three different packages:
Cash bar - £250 hire fee + £250 minimum spend on the day. You hire the horsebox and we charge the guests for their drinks on the day. We take cash, card, contactless and applypay!
Dry hire - From £500. Hire the horsebox or pop up bar for your event with 2 bar staff, cups and ice. You provide all drinks and our team will serve them for you! (Please note - depending on your numbers, you may need more bar staff at an additional cost. Prices depend on distance travelled)
Prepaid bar - You set the price and we’ll provide the drinks. Once the funds behind the bar have run out, we can switch to a cash bar! Minimum spend applies.

What is your most memorable wedding?
We we’re lucky to attend a beautiful rustic wedding at a converted barn. The horsebox was perfect for arrival drinks in the courtyard - Pimms, bottled beer and Prosecco. For the evening, we moved the drinks into the barn and served next to the dance floor!

A bride once wrote individual messages on a slate for all 120 guests.. must have taken ages!!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Once you get in touch we will either email you or call you to discuss details. We then send a booking form to secure the booking. Nearer your wedding day we will visit the venue to work out where to set up and finalise any questions you have. It’s a really simple process and hassle free!
