Jax's Event Catering

From day one Jax was lovely and helpful, we got to try some samples. She stayed in touch leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding it was extremely hot but despite this Jax and her staff coped so well. Providing everyone with drinks and canapés which were delicious and received many compliments. When it came to the buffet, that too was amazing and had many compliments especially from the coeliacs we had who said they were very well looked after and catered for!

Jax and the crew recently catered for Beth & Billy’s wedding at Hallsannery House. They served the welcome drinks for us and then we had a delicious high tea served on pretty vintage china. There was plenty of food to go around and we even had the leftovers boxed up for the next day. Nothing was too much trouble for Jax & the team. We only had to mention something and it was sorted and done. The whole experience was very professional but relaxed at the same time which was just perfect.

We hired Jax for our wedding at the end of the October. She had done my sister wedding the year before and the food was amazing. We met with Jax to talk through menus and possibility of her doing both wedding breakfast and the evening food. We were getting married at a village hall with very bare minimum all equipment so was worried what we wanted wasn't an option. But Jax was great! We changed our meat choices to match my Husbands want of pork, which was delicious! As well as the turkey.
