From the initial enquiry we help our couples through every stage of the event organisation with a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ approach. Chiefly we’re all about the food! We bring our knowledge and skill of the Italian fare and use the very best of the fantastic Cotswold local ingredients available to us, with a few goodies from Mama Italia too of course! Led by our head chef Hazel Frame who started her professional career with London’s best Michelin chefs over 15 years ago, has spent much time traveling, researching, and perfecting the dishes we offer. Our aim is for couples and their guests to remember the fantastic food for years to come. We also have a love of the vino and working with our suppliers have sourced a fabulous selection of wines you won’t find just anywhere as they’re quite often from smaller wineries who create beautiful wines to rival the larger more widely known vineyards.
