Coxtails provide a mobile cocktail bar and bartender hire service for weddings and events throughout the UK. We specialise in cocktails but can also supply the full bar service if required. Your big day is as important to us as it is to you. We have come up with some great wedding bar hire packages for your wedding to make sure its everything you ever wanted (and more!). We offer all inclusive bars, pay bars, subsidies bars and also bespoke packages such as custom created cocktails for your welcome drinks. Our most popular option is our full bar service where we provide every element for you so you don't have to worry. For our full bar service we would provide: • Fully trained staff • A bar structure of your choice • All glassware for the service • All cocktail & bar equipment such as shakers, strainers, speed pourers • All the alcohol & ingredients for the cocktails • A menu to display for your guests to view • All the little bits - napkins, paper straws, garnishes For our full bar service, we offer drinks per head packages and also all inclusive packages. Cocktail & Bar Service (you provide the stock) A popular option is our bar service where we provide every element for the bar with you supplying the stock for the service. For this option, we work with you on the drinks you'd like to serve and then help with a shopping list based on the drinks and qualities. For our bar service we would provide: • Fully trained staff • A bar structure of your choice • All glassware for the service • All cocktail & bar equipment such as shakers, strainers, speed pourers • A shopping list for your desired drinks • A menu to display for your guests to choose from • All the little bits - napkins, paper straws, garnishes Pay Bars For large events over 100 guests, a cash/card bar is a great option. We supply everything in the bar service and then charge guests for their drinks at the bar by cash or card. All we charge you is a refundable deposit.
