With over 30 years experience as both a Chef and Event Caterer, Lee Brown has always been passionate about food (and drink). Following on from his successful career owning a small group of award-winning Gastro Pubs, Lee wanted to start a business that enabled him to deliver food that tastes great, looks divine and makes an event extra special. Whatever your vision for your day, we can help make it a reality. With over 20 years experience in catering for weddings in Surrey, Sussex, Kent and Hampshire, we know that no two couples are the same and we ensure that your menu is bespoke and tailored to both you and your guests. We are hugely experienced in the logistics whether it be a private garden, a marquee in a field or a private venue – we can adapt to every situation.

Browns Kitchen provided the catering and service for our wedding at Smallfield Place. Lee and his team were exceptional and my guests raved about the food and faultless service throughout the day. They also provided 2 days worth of breakfasts for those staying, and again it had high reviews. We can't praise them enough and they will definately be our go to caterers for any future events. Thank you for making our day so perfect. 😁

We couldn't have been happier

We couldn't have been happier with our decision for Lee and the team to cater our wedding at Gildings Barns last weekend. After postponing our wedding twice due to covid, we are so thankful we finally got to taste the delicious lamb shoulder with all the trimmings! The food was incredible and could not be faulted. Browns have been so accommodating during this uncertainty and have helped us keep the stress low over the last year.

it was amazing!

Browns catered our wedding at Ridge Farm and it was amazing! We were blown away by the food on the day and all of our guests loved it. Lee and Jo were brilliant from start to finish, we couldn't recommend better caterers. Now we're looking for an excuse to have their incredible food again!!

Browns were perfect from the first time we met

Well, what can we say - Browns were perfect from the first time we met them to the end of our Wedding! From frequent conversations to understand what vision we had for the food to consistent contact to insure everything went smoothly on the day. Lee's food was FANTASTIC. He worked hard to research and execute the dishes we pictured at our wedding.

We used Brown's for our wedding catering at Gildings Barn in September 2022. From first meeting Lee, we knew we were in good hands and had confidence that he would meet our brief of laid-back, barbecue sharing platters for our wedding breakfast.

Browns catered for our wedding in May this year (2023). Planning a wedding is stressful with lots of learnings and Lee was there throughout it all to help. We had loads of dietary requirements to deal with so Lee and the team did an amazing job. Our guests commented on how good the food was! We couldn't thank them enough for the amazing service we got on the day too. A massive shout out to Kerry who kept us topped up with fizz throughout the day and was always on hand for anything we needed.
