Each wedding cake is lovingly created in our kitchen in Billericay Essex, made with intent focus on your vision and requirements, from the exciting hand drawn design stage right through to perfect execution of delivery and set up on your wedding day. Please note that we specialise in iced cake design and do not produce semi-naked or buttercream coated cakes.

What is your signature cake?
Handmade Sugar flowers are my signature decoration. Sugar ruffles are also hugely popular with my couples.
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
Each cake is original to the couple however I remember a bride asking me to hide an icing heart with the lettering 'love from grandma' on the cake as a special memory of her grandma who sadly passed away.
