absolutely amazing cake

what can I say other than absolutely amazing cake done for my daughters 10th birthday party and the taste was incredible. Rebecca made exactly what we wanted including gluten/lactose free cupcakes. This cake was a real show stopper

My husband and I cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough! Rebecca was great at communicating with us in the run up to the wedding day and created a wedding cake for us that surpassed anything that we had envisioned! She put this wedding cake together based a combination of two pictures we had given! She is so creative and the cake was absolutely delicious (once we narrowed it down from the wide range of flavours on offer)!These pictures just go to show how beautiful the cake she made was!

A Lord of the Rings cake complete with a message in Elvish, which I looked up and translated myself!

Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.

Well, first and foremost, I absolutely LOVE weddings. I started out in celebration cakes, and after about a year I was asked to make my first wedding cake for a regular client. After my first one I just couldn't wait for the next. I still feel this way 5 years on!

What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?

Well, aside from a huge cake, I'd say a croquembouche! I absolutely love choux pastry and I think they look fabulous.
