At Mesmerising Icing our aim is to take away the stress from your slice of happiness and create a beautiful cake that reflects your and your vision. We work with you to design the wedding cake you have in mind for your wedding with a wide range of flavours from which you can choose the one that reflects you and your personality.
Our vegan cakes would be ideal for you and your guests and they do not have to be vegan to enjoy a slice or two.
In addition to cakes we also create beautiful cupcake bouquets that would make an alternative to wedding cake or a great gift for mothers, mother in laws, bridesmaid and even the best man.

What is your signature cake?
3 tier Vegan buttercream cake decorated with handmade sugar flowers
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I have been baking cakes for over 25 years now. My cakes have always been eggless and then progressed into vegan/plant based baking. 8 years ago I learnt to decorate cakes and make cupcake bouquets which were being ordered for various celebration which led to my first wedding order in October of 2019 where the bride and groom did not want a traditional wedding cake but something different. As they were avid gardeners they opted for 4 cupcake bouquets which comprised of 5 different flavours with their 5 favourite colours and choice of piped flowers. This has then led to other orders which have been tiered cakes with handmade sugar flowers
