Luisa will work with you to provide a unique wedding cake design that reflects your style as a couple and fits the brief of your wedding perfectly. We also love to create stunning vegan cakes and allergen-friendly creations for weddings and events. We also offer cake sample boxes by post if you would like to try our wedding cake flavours before choosing the right one for your wedding cake.

Very highly recommend Luisa

Luisa made our three tier wedding cake. After the cake tasting, which I highly recommend, we couldn't decide on just one flavour and Luisa said we could have a different one for each tier. She worked with us to design a cake that fit the theme of our wedding and on the day decorated it with our chosen flowers so beautifully. We had so many comments about how tasty the cake was especially the white chocolate ganache. Very highly recommend Luisa.

Highly, highly recommend!

As soon as I found Luisa I knew she was the perfect person to bake our wedding cake. She helped build excitement for the big day by sending us a tasting box six months ahead of time, from which we selected the flavours for our three tiers. Each cake was beautifully moist, the flavours fresh and distinct, and Luisa worked closely with our florist to make sure they looked incredible, too. We couldn't be happier. Highly, highly recommend!

Luisa’s unmistakable passion for the work she does, and pride she takes in it, shows through in every element of her baking; from her use of sustainable produce and ingredients right through to the uniquely vibrant presentation. Her considered and creative approach to flavour combinations, and inimitable decoration style, made our wedding cake (a bespoke 3 tiered, 3 flavour delight) an incredibly special part of our day – and more than one friend said it was the best cake they’d ever eaten!

What is your signature cake?

My fruit petal twist cake using hand painted fruit petals and fresh berries cascading down a tiered cake.

What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?

I made a whole table of cakes that looked like a garden of beautiful blooming flowers for an opulent wedding in Normandy, France. It wasn't a traditional tiered cake but a full dessert table made of my signature design the BouCake and lots of individual mini cakes all decorated with beautiful botanical fruit petals. It looked amazing and there were so many different flavour options.

Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.

I worked in a bakery and as a pastry chef before making wedding cakes. I was drawn into the personal nature of the wedding cake making process. Making a unique design with many different techniques for a special moment in a couples wedding day is just the best thing about the job and why I love to make wedding cakes.

What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?

I'd bring my unique signature style and make a tiered cake like they have never seen... or tasted!
