Louise Bernau Cakes

I don't know where to start, 2019 we first contacted Lousie as we weren't looking for your average wedding cake, we wanted something very different to the rest. after speak to Lousie about our ideas she then invited us for a tasting which I didn't eat anything that day because I LOVE cake! and oh my glad I didn't just the tasters where enough for me to book her there and then. We had asked for a 5 tier cascading on the back mixed flavour wedding cake with some pretty awesome design elements. My partner and I love Harry Potter and Manchester United so we wanted the cake to resemble the two of us with our passions in life. We gave some of our personal items that had design elements to Lousie to study and take from. Then Covid19 hit us, we played with idea of postponing the wedding but the decided to go ahead with a date 8th August, once telling Lousie the news and that the guest list had dropped we went with the same design but lowed it to a 3 tier cake, during this difficult time Lousie was so understanding and made sure we were updated throughout the process! On to the day, Lousie turned up and refused to let me see the cake until it was full set up and ready to go. when I saw it for the first time I was in shock, I couldn't believe that someone could create such beautiful art work. I refused anyone to eat it that how much I was in love with it! Lousie thank you for creating such a beautiful cake for our wedding. I could tell you put so much love and effect into making it and making sure it was what we asked for! I can't wait until I need another cake just so I can see what you createnext!
