Oh I really can’t pick one as each wedding is so unique. I do love it though when the bride sees the cake all set up at the venue, before I leave. That is always a real treat for me to witness a wonderful reaction. It’s very rewarding.

My client feedback. Being chosen as a Wedding supplier is a privilege and being able to contribute to such an important event is incredible fulfilling.
Book your suppliers as early as you can to avoid dissapointment. It’s best to secure the date even if you are not sure what you want. There will be plenty of time to decide on the details.
Photos of the bride & groom’s love story displayed at the venue. A really beautiful idea.
It usually begins with an email or initial call. We then book in a face to face tasting consultation. I love finding out couples wedding plans and getting to know what they love. It allows me to tailor the design to ensure it reflects them. A bespoke design sketch is then created and sent for approval. Once approved all the details are confirmed and we are all systems go.
My romantic ruffle tiered cake with my signature fluffy peony sugar roses.
I created unique East Meets West design to reflect the couples joining of two cultures. It had a traditional backdrop with an ornate gold hand painted oriental design. Really beautiful and unique. It suited my couple perfectly and they were over the moon.
Purely by accident really. I started baking for family and friends and quickly became interested in sugar art. The more I experimented, the more I fell in love with the craft.
