Jax's Cakes 'N' Bakes

Jax made our wedding cake and it was flawless. We had 3 tiers made up of lotus biscoff flavour (2 layers) and white chocolate and raspberry! The flavours were delicious and the sponge was exquisite, our guests couldn't stop complimenting the cake! We had some left over so put in the freezer and still incredible after defrosting!

Jax supplied the most amazing cake and cupcakes for our wedding. She was so accommodating to ensure we had cupcakes for our vegan guests and the flavour of our main cake was incredible (red velvet). Jaxs was more than accommodating. From sending samples for us to taste to changing my whole design a few months before my wedding when I changed my mind on what I wanted. Jaxs was easy and kind to work with and would highly recommend for a stress free wedding. My cake was beautiful and tasted amazing. Thank you for taking my vision and bringing it to life. We ordered our Halloween wedding cake from Jax and it was stunning! I always knew it would be fabulous because I follow their instagram, but we were blown away when we saw it, as were our guests. It was perfect! Jax was so attentive and kind throughout the whole process, whenever I had a question or wanted advice on toppers or cake stands, etc, she was really helpful. We had a 3 tier cake, each layer was a different flavour, Luscious Lemon, Very Vanilla, and Red Velvet, which we’d had samples of

Jax baked our wedding cake which was as beautiful as it was delicious! We had a dairy free lemon and elderflower cake. Needless to say it was devoured by ourselves and guests, even after a large meal!

Thank you for our perfect wedding cake. The cake looked phenomenal & tasted just as good!! In fact it looked so good, I took a bite before we even cut the cake! Every flavour was as lush as the next. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone to make your wedding cake

Other then the fact it is your wedding, the highlight for most people at wedding is the food, and what can I say other then, Jaxs food, will be the talk of our wedding forever! We had a two course afternoon tea, one savory round and one sweet round and from the start Jax seemed to know exactly what we wanted and that is exactly what we got! The food was delicious and there was something for everyone. Any veggies and dietary restrictions got their own 2 tiered lunch and the rest were shared on the table on 3 teired cake stands. We had pasties, sausage rolls and sandwiches with so much more, and the sweets… the mini cheesecakes are still on my mind to this day! Everyone was full, especially me, I was stuffed! The food was made so well and tasted gorgeous, the room was practically silent while we were eating, which is always good sign. Jaxs staff were superb, polite and there when needed, they not only catered for our lunch but also served our welcome drinks just after the ceremony, it all ran so smoothly and I couldn’t have been happier. Jax, you are a wonderful chef and your food is truly amazing, I am excited to try it again it all again when you cater my sister’s wedding!

Excellent service from the start , served our canopies and Prosecco professionally and with a smile . Made our cake and that was out of this world. And the evening grazing table was so much more than I expected thank you and your team.
