Eva Cockrell Cake Design

The whole experience with Eva has been fantastic. She helped to guide us to work out what we wanted and how we could make our ideas become a reality. She was so caring and enthusiastic to be part of our big day. Her guidance was invaluable and we had the perfect amount for our 190 guests (and some left over for having after too). And the cake itself was fantastic! We had three different flavours and also an allergen free one too, and they were all amazing. We had so many compliments on the cake!

Eva made our cake for our wedding in April 2024 and she did an incredible job. All the flavours we tried at the tasting were delicious and we had a real difficult time deciding which ones to go with. She was very accommodating of the design we wanted and was responsive and helpful regarding any questions we had. We provided our own cake topper and she was supportive of this and helped us by letting us know the dimensions it should be. The cake on the day turned out better than we could have hoped, both in design and flavour. The sugar flowers she made were beautiful and the colouring of the cake was perfect. The fondant was impeccably styled and all 3 layers of cake tasted extraordinary (we had Raspberry Ripple, Cookies & Cream, and Carrot Cake layers). We would absolutely recommend Eva to anyone looking for a cake for a wedding or any other event.

Eva was lovely. The cake was beautiful and so delicious. We went for carrot cake and our florist decorated with our flowers.

We had to change our cake supplier due to personal circumstances of our previous cake supplier. We spoke with Tie The Knot Northampton who recommended Eva, as well as our previous cake supplier recommending Eva also. We booked our cake tasting in and the cakes we so delicious! Our design literally came to life so perfectly on the day, it was exactly what we had hoped for and more! The attention to detail Eva did on our cake is just amazing, we are so glad we were recommended Eva as our cake was just perfect! We later added on 6 vegan cupcakes and they looked so good, we paid slightly extra per cupcake for them to match our main 3 tiered caked and they really did, some had sugar roses on! We would 100% recommend choosing Eva do make your wedding cake or special event cake.

We had a mini wedding reception due to covid we have rebooked our actual wedding reception however we still wanted a cake and decided with a drip cake. Eva has been fantastic throughout and on the day everyone absolutely loved the cake. We had so many compliments and every bite was eaten!

After having to change our cake supplier with only 8 weeks to go due to unforeseen circumstances, never meeting Eva and Eva working off someone else’s sketch, the cake she made was fantastic! It exceeded our expectations and we had soo many positive comments! It was incredible. As a cake person the cake was really important and I was worried due to having never met Eva or tasting her cake, but it was amazing! Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

The cake we got was absolutely stunning and very tasty! Each of our 3 layers was a different flavor and decorated just as we wanted. The process was very easy and Eva was very professional and helpful throughout! She organised a lovely tasting session for us where we got to sample a good amount of flavours and brainstorm ideas which was very helpful. The price was also reasonable :)

We had a 4 teir wedding cake, raspberry ripple, chocolate hazelnut, luscious lemon and kinder beunou. Eva listened to everything we wanted to it was truly a peice of art which tasted delicious. We had to postpone and rearrange on 4 separate occasions and was soo accommodating and make a very difficult time a little easier.

It was such a pleasure to have found Eva. We had to organise the wedding in 3 weeks and Eva listened to what my daughter wanted and delivered exactly what she wanted. I would definitely recommend any bride and groom to use Euthymia cakes!

Great cake supplied by Eva. She was easy to communicate with and she listened to our wishes. Her cakes are really tasty. She came recommended to us and we have recommended her to other people!
