Clare uses a mix of traditional and cutting-edge techniques to produce truly beautiful, contemporary creations with wow-factor. She specialises in dreaming up statement cakes using a range of decorative techniques, in particular handmade sugar flowers. Clare’s signature style is described as classic but with a fashion forward, contemporary twist. She fuses fresh, home baking with fabulous and innovative creative artistic expression. Taking inspiration from the smallest details of your day, she works to create stunning statement cakes which blend seamlessly with your wedding style, but that also evoke a sense of drama and fun. We offer a fully comprehensive service in the South East of England. From initial consultation, tasting, briefing and design, through to delivery and set up at your venue.
