At Coast Cakes we provide delicious wedding cakes to suit your requirements from fully Iced bespoke designs and include the popular Buttercream coated and Semi-Naked cakes. We also supply and make the spectacular Croquembouche! I have personally made and delivered since 2010 over 500 wedding cakes all over Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Surrey, London and all surrounding areas. We travel up to 2 and1/2 hours from Dorset. I am a qualified chef with a 5* excellent standard food and hygiene certificate. Coast Cakes also have liability Insurance. With my experience you can be confident to know your wedding cake is in good hands.

The cake was wonderful and much appreciated an admired. so much so that only the very top tier was left at the end of the evening. It was delicious. What is your signature cake?

I make whatever my couples desire. From simplistic to personalised with handmade elements where there got engaged. Also the Croquembouche as not many bakers are willing to take this on board.

What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?

Most wedding cakes are original to the brides style but the Disney Up House was definitely original and a huge challenge.

Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.

I was contacted by a local 5* The Chewton Glen Hotel in 2010 to make and supply their wedding cakes for their inclusive packages.

What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?

There is not enough time to produce a perfect show stopper on the bake off. Cakes take many many hours to perfect.
