I am a gold award-winning wedding cake designer and I take a limited number of commissions a year. I make beautiful, realistic-looking sugar flowers and my cakes are of the very highest quality of design and taste. I have been honing my art for over 30 years and have recently set up my full-time business. My kitchen is registered with Environmental Health and has a 5* rating for food safety any hygiene. I am fully insured.
