My passion lies in creating stunning cakes for your very special day, using different methods of texture, fresh florals & wafer & rice paper detailing. I love nothing more than designing new ideas, along with creating the more classic , timely elegant style cakes as well. The cake must also taste as good as it looks so I have spent years perfecting my recipes and making sure everything is delicious for your day. Along with the main wedding cakes I also offer dessert grazing tables and sugar cookies which make perfect favours. Having spent many years working in restaurants for the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Theo Randall & The Ivy I know all about luxury and service and along with my naturally outgoing personality I feel I bring a happy, professional service as a provider in the wedding industry.
