Plus, would have rated 5 star if there are a lot of activities in the area. Not much to look at when walking along the beach just nature. Amenities are all good while spending quality time with your family away from your busy routine. Receptionist is easy to deal with when we ask to upgrade our room. They provide us the best room they can offer with a great view of the whole area and a huge balcony at the corner. Love everything, awesome food, friendly staff !We absolutely love everything here from friendly and helpful staff, awesome selection of foods and whole amenities which we enjoyed as a family. Much needed r&r place which is near in Manila. We will be back for sure! However, this was our first time trying their hotel, and safe to say I plan to do it again. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. They have fast wifi, so if you plan to work at the hotel or around the beach, doable naman sya. Their staff are friendly. I guess the word of advice is that their food tend to be a little expensive given the quality. I've been to Pico De Loro 3 times for the last 2 years, and the experience has always been great. We were welcomed by Carlo upon arrival who assisted us with our luggage. We were lucky enough to get help from Mel who ensured our units were connected so our kids had their weekend getaway extra special by running around the in-between connecting doors. Their Front desk team was pleasant and accommodating, especially with directions, suggestions, and billing inquiries so shout out to Hannah, Paula, and Lally!
