A modern-day matchmaker of sorts, Andy Salek - long-term local, heli-ski guide, film producer and apartment owner - founded Staysouth way back in 2006 as a way to bring together empty luxury apartments and villas with discerning holidaymakers. Creating one beautiful holiday experience after another.
What started as a modest outfit with two properties, Staysouth has grown to manage over 50 different villas and apartments in Queentown’s most popular locations.

It is kitted out with everything you need for the perfect Queenstown getaway. A fully equipped large kitchen, laundry, garage... there is even an elevator in the villa! It's close to town which you are looking out over together with jaw-dropping views over mountains and the lake! The master bedroom is on the top floor and has an ensuite with a spa bath, lots of light and plenty Beautifully kept property and villa with oustanding views!
