Store Ringheim is the perfect venue for both small and big weddings. If the wedding has more than 50 guests, the whole house can be to your disposal without any disturbance any kind (except dinner for our hotel guests, if there is any not taking part in the wedding).
In Smalaflor'n we can set the table for up to 90 people for dinner, in Restaurant Flor'n up to 45 people and in Tømmerstovo up to 32 people. In the summer season we also can set table in our nice terracce house at the patio, outside the restaurant.
When celebrate your wedding here with us, you get an additional room for presents which can be locked when you wish and doesn't have to be cleaned before the next day.
We can also have the wedding ceremony here with us at Store Ringheim, indoor or outdoor. There are also other places in the village weddings can take place - and of course in Vangskyrkja from 1277, one of the most romantic churches in the country.
We will go a long way to make your wedding day the best day in life with many happy memories. Our package prices include both preparation and meetings, where we plan the day in every detail together and prepare a seamless schedule, with no hassle for you on your big day. It shall be hassle free to celebrate your wedding at Store Ringheim.
Our yard and garden provide many beautiful backgrounds for bridal photos, creating a perfect memories from your wedding day. So bring your photographer to us as well.

A bit out of the center of town so either a taxi or walking are called for if you want to eat, shop or sightsee. Hotel is located at a decent altitude up from the center of town, so walking involves some strenuous climbing. Owners are super friendly and accommodating. Very unique experience of staying on a farmstead in rural Norway. Breathtaking views of the countryside around. A great starting point for beautiful Norwegian places such as the breathtaking Myrdal mountains, picturesque Flam, wild Gudvangen, seaside Bergen or two huge nearby fjords. How could I forget about the lovely Vossenvangen town centre! Must see, must visit!Fabulously located clean and cozy hotel with an amazing restaurant where you can eat delicious dishes and scrumptious desserts. The hosts are kind and warm. The dinner at the restaurant is superb! The highlight is the strawberry picking in the garden. Accessible for those taking public transport instead of driving. Down the road there's the Voss Folk Museum which I enjoyed greatly. There are also hiking trails right nearby. The rooms look as beautiful as they are on their website. One night is just not enough. They also have a fab restaurant that serves dinner.This is such a beautiful place to get away from the constant "doing doing doing" of big city life.
