Our hotel is the ideal base for those who practice ski mountaineering and for those who love hiking or cycling. In the mountain house that once housed "L'Antica Cantina Colletta", a trattoria for carters from the plains, our restaurant and hotel is today located, under the watchful gaze of the King of Stone, Monviso. The Perotti family has been welcoming its customers to Paesana since 1938 and can boast a four-generation tradition in the restaurant and tourist hospitality business.
