Once owned by a private family, Villa Antiche Mura opened its doors in 2003 to the public, becoming a romantic location for weddings and special moments in Sorrento.
Imagine your unique wedding in a private venue in front of the sea of Sorrento, overlooking the Mount Vesuvius and the stunning bay of Naples.

Michele and Claudia were always very responsive and attentive to every detail, and willing to try to accommodate any request. The Villa is beautiful, the prices are reasonable and they are able to provide all sorts of additional services like flowers, wedding car, decorations, etc. without need for outside providers. We were able to fully plan the wedding without speaking Italian and from overseas. We were married here in June 2022, and have nothing but great things to say about the experience. Michele and Claudia were always very responsive and attentive to every detail, and willing to try to accommodate any request. The Villa is beautiful, the prices are reasonable and they are able to provide all sorts of additional services like flowers, wedding car, decorations, etc. without need for outside providers. We were able to fully plan the wedding without speaking Italian and from overseas.

Does the Villa host just 1 event per day?
Yes, the Villa is always in exclusive use, so there will be just 1 wedding/event per day
What is the min/max capacity of the Villa?
There is not a minimum number of guests required, only a max capacity of 120 people
What is included in the cost of the rental fee?
The rental fee includes all the following:
• The exclusive use of a unique Villa on the sea. It will be your house for that day
• All the flowers in the garden of the Villa
• On site Coordinator to assist you through all the wedding day
• All the Staff to check that everything is working perfectly in the Villa
• All the Service and all the costs of lights, air-conditioning, etc
• All the personalized items like Personalized Menu, Personalized decoration, Tables as you like. In one word: A Personalized & Unique Venue in each details.
• Candles on the terraces and on the tables
• Tables with decoration, Covered Chairs or White iron chairs, comfortable sofa
• A room in the Villa to change or deposit gift and clothes
• All our professionalism at your disposal
What type of ceremonies can be celebrated at Villa?
At Villa we can celebrate a Symbolic Blessing (not legally binding) or a Valdese-Protestant Ceremony (legally binding).
Instead Civil Ceremonies in Sorrento can be celebrated only at Cloister or Museum Correale (places belonging to the Town Hall of Sorrento).
Do I need to book a wedding planner separately?
Not necessary! If you book the Villa directly with us, we will be your wedding coordinator for all the extra services related to the Villa at no extra wedding planning fee. We will just send you the price of our vendors and if you agree, you can book with us. We will be the intermediate between the couple and our vendors.
We will be also present on the wedding day at Villa to coordinate all our staff & service, and to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
