Myself and my husband recently stayed at The Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal, Venice and we couldn’t have been happier. We arrived quite late in the evening from our flights and were received by the lovely Luca on the concierge desk who was a breath of fresh air. He was delightful, charming and accommodating, never appearing like anything (even my stupid questions) were ever any trouble. The room was beautiful; very clean and in a stunning Baroque-type decor. It was a terrific position...Myself and my husband recently stayed at The Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal, Venice and we couldn’t have been happier. I don’t even know where to begin. This hotel went beyond our expectations. Every single individual that we encountered was professional and helpful. Their customer service was on point. Let me start by stating that we were looking for a venue in Venice for our stay, wedding ceremony, and reception. We emailed over 40 hotels, and we narrowed it down to The Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal! Why? Her name is Jessica! Jessica is just one of this hotel’s amazing employees, their secret weapon...I don’t even know where to begin. This hotel went beyond our expectations.
