Incredible in every way! We stayed in October and I’ve thought about our stay almost every day since. The whole experience was just top notch. Our hosts Josef & Cristina were both passionate and amazing. Food, wine, the setting, the accommodations are all outstanding. We will see you again in June. Can’t wait. Masterpiece, spectacular food and competent staff Masterpiece, spectacular food and competent staff
Kohlern is a masterpiece. My wife and I did a spa day here for our honeymoon. Dry sauna, steam sauna, hot tub, infinity pool, private room with a tub, and massages. The food at the restaurant is spectacular. Josef and the rest of the staff are kind, competent, and VERY accommodating. My hope for this place is that it remains with the same spirit it has today forever. Highly recommended! Kohlern is a masterpiece. My wife and I did a spa day here for our honeymoon. This hotel deserves five stars on all counts. The professional, dedicated team of staff. The attention to detail. The cuisine. The wine. The view. The history. The fountain water drinkable from the tab. We were a group of 20 classic car lovers and we could not be spoiled more. We stayed two nights. Will certainly come back if we are in this region. Thank you for top hospitality and service. This hotel deserves five stars on all counts. The professional, dedicated team of staff. The attention to detail. The cuisine. The wine. The view. We had the wonderful pleasure of staying at the Gasthof Kohlern for 2 nights. I agree with other reviews that this is a top-notch experience. The food is outstanding, the staff are professional, friendly - and funny. However it is the public spaces and design that we remember most – having an aperitif at sunset on the deck overlooking Bolzano, the cozy dinner room where you are served a gourmet 4 course dinner, the sun-filled breakfast room with windows and views on 3 sides. We had the wonderful pleasure of staying at the Gasthof Kohlern for 2 nights. I agree with other reviews that this is a top-notch experience. The food is outstanding, the staff are professional, friendly - and funny. We had a beautiful and cozy stay here. The hotel is just a quick, and manageable, funicular ride from Bolzano. The staff is attentive, accomodating and made us feel like we were at home. I had the pleasure of staying at Kohlern Inn, for 5 nights in June. It was a truly great experience, and a marvellous place to stay. The hospitality is second to none, the staff were authentic and exceptionally warm, allowing us to feel comfortable and very much at home. The rooms are spacious and well thought out. The communal spaces are equally attractive and the views... oh the view; those one cannot get sick of! Finally, the food was delicious, and every night we ate like royalty.I had the pleasure of staying at Kohlern Inn, for 5 nights in June.
