Best hotel we have stayed in Europe this time. Service at front desk (Lorenzo), restaurant (manager and staff) … everyone was exceptionally good. Very responsive and caring team.

Had an amazing stay here for more than a week. STAFF IS EXCELLENT Beautiful rooms in a perfect location close to everything you want to see in Florence. The staff helped me with a lot things. Breakfast was amazingly tasty and again awesomeeee staff!! Go here can't wait to return myself Thank you San Gallo Palace hotel
