The culinary tradition of the Cal Sastre Restaurant in Santa Pau really goes back a long way, as the family's grandmother had owned an inn and the grandfather was the village tailor (hence the name Cal Sastre). The decoration contributes to creating an atmosphere loaded with meanings and customs of the past; utensils and details of father Sastre, old magazines, illustrated calendars, and many photographs of visitors, more or less illustrious, who have passed through our dining rooms, thus achieving a warm and familiar atmosphere in any corner of the home
