The staff treats you like family, the location is great, it's very secure, and we ate some of the best breakfasts we've ever had there. You'll appreciate that after a day of exploring the city. The pool was cozy and intimate, and also very clean. The rooms are fantastic and really well appointed and huge. The beds were disappointing, as they just weren't comfortable. The staff was top notch and super helpful, though. Even with the less than ideal beds, I'd highly recommend this placeExcellent boutique hotel right in the heart of Cartagena. The AC in the rooms worked perfectly.
