Wedding: January

retro yet classy atmosphere

Stay was pretty good. Room was big and quiet, and gave a sort of retro yet classy atmosphere. Check in does not happen until 4PM, no sooner. During check-out I suggest going early as you can as the line can get quite long. Complementary breakfast is pretty average as well but does the job. Location is pretty great as well. Walking distance to all restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops along the harbor.

Lovely place, great staff, very comfortable and clean. Drawbacks..not handicap or disabled friendly and almost a half mile from main activities on and near government street.

Outstanding customer service!!!!!

Had a great 2 night stay! Very comfortable room with a great bed. Had a minor problem with the room at check in and the front desk went out of their way to make it right. They showed us 2 rooms that they were willing to move us too - but we stayed in the original room as the problem was very minor. Outstanding customer service!!!!! Really enjoyed our stay, great location and a great experience!!! 👍

Beautiful, convenient location, loved the Victorian ambience. Rooms were clean and comfortable - could use updating. Breakfast buffet was great. High tea was fun - service was slow to start but improved. We’ll be back!

Nice hotel with excellent staff

Nice hotel with excellent staff. Everyone is so polite! Just across the street from the Ferry ⛴️. Bike rental is on the property. Full breakfast 🥞🍳 too.

It was a 5-star experience for us. Starting from the front desk, Chamil/Patricia were quite helpful and handled our arrival very meticulously by providing/offering a temp parking pass as well as holding the luggage until the room was ready. She called us as soon as the room was ready. The breakfast was included in the price. It was well worth the breakfast. There are lots of options for hot foods, fruit, coffee, and other drinks. The location is quite central and within walking distance...
