Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites-Edmonton South, an IHG Hotel

Room is very clean, breakfast is great, SUPER friendly staff. I highly recommend. Shout out to Aurea at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and polite!

The staff here are exceptional, and the genuine care they have for their guests radiates through this hotel. We loved the breakfast buffet, had fun and relaxed in the pool, and our room was clean and well stocked. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and very professional, and there was a really kind and helpful lady working at breakfast who saw we had our hands full and led our daughter by the hand to help her get an apple juice. Everything was perfect for me. I came to Edmonton for surgery and the staff was so very helpful in making sure I was comfortable. The front end staff is amazing and helped me get my taxis. I will definitely come back, hopefully not to have surgery so I can use the pool and fitness room. I gave 4 stars for location because of the bridge that makes it difficult to get around the area.
