Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Kamloops

Great place to stay. The staff at breakfast is unbelievably friendly and welcoming , especially a lady with short hair. She is wonderful. She is always happy and helpful. Hotel is clean. The swimming pool and hot tub was clean too.

Clean, nice big room and the breakfast was surprisingly good! Hot tub could have been hotter though! Staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family for sure.

I arrived a bit early to check in, and the room wasn't ready. I had to present via Teams to a large group, and instead of setting up in their business centre area, the front desk staff invited me to use their boardroom for my presentation. It was so generous and kind of them, I could have cried! The rooms are immaculate - tidy and clean. The pool and hot tub are great as well. And the breakfast is exceptional. The staff are so nice.
