Borealis Grille & Bar - Kitchener

Got directed to this restaurant while on a tour through Guess Where Trips. It was recommended to try their baked ricotta but that wasn't on the lunch menu. We ordered some drinks and nachos on the way to our next stop. Everything was extremely fresh and delicious. You can tell they really pride themselves on ingredients. The staff was very friendly and helped us out with some in town places to check out that evening. They really know how to showcase both local places and ingredients.

INCREDIBLE service from Luigi! We came for two birthdays and felt like we were dining in his home because the service was so personable and genuine. We cannot wait to come back and sit in his section. The food was superb as icing on the cake. The fried chicken was just wonderful. Would recommend to anyone on the planet!!!! Ask for Luigi!!!!

Luigi was the most incredible waiter I have ever had in my life! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. My birthday was so special because of him!! Along with the service, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was beautiful! I will recommend this place to everyone!!
