The Post House has recently been bought by owners, John and Janet Higginson; an absolute delight, and are so passionate about the industry and what they do. John continues to work in property development & investment out of his offices in Cape Town, but has made Greyton his home for his family. As for Janet, spent many earlier years modelling, qualified as a pastry chef and brings loads of hospitality experience to the table and is the expert to speak about the perfect sweets on your wedding day.

The Post House was originally constructed in 1860 and is one of Greyton’s oldest buildings. - The perfect backdrop for a romantic wedding. The building was used as a trading post and a place of lodgings for tired travellers. The main building houses the pub, which is well-known for the Bells Whiskey advert.
