Marietjie was an absolute saint, treating us like family and going out of her way to assist and make our task as easy as possible, all with a smile on her face. The decor fits the rating and you will not find a more luxurious place to visit. Shuttle service, and synergy with nearby businesses allow for a large variety of activities for the whole family. Ashleigh is incredible at what she does - super calm under pressure and her planning is exceptional. No issues with loadshedding - generator in place. Aircons, clean sheets, clean towels - and what I don’t see often at hotels which they had, is a sewing and vanity kit. All round great process from start to finish!We had one amazing experience and ultimately had our wedding at Surval.
