Your big day amid the African wilderness and the intimate atmosphere of Rhulani Safari Lodge will bring memories and photos that you will cherish for a lifetime.
The wedding ceremony takes place at a wonderful spot with a beautiful view in the middle of the bush, followed by a photo shoot of the wedding couple in the setting sun, where you may be lucky enough to spot a wild animal in the background. The wedding dinner takes place at the lodge, with singing by the Rhulani employees, giving a local African touch to the breath of luxury and privacy.
For your intimate bush wedding you need to book Rhulani Safari Lodge for a minimum of two nights on an exclusive-use base for you and the wedding guests.
Intimate Bush Wedding – Inclusions:
- Dinner around a campfire under the stars (weather permitting) in our typical African boma for
all guests on the evening before the wedding day
- Brunch for all accompanying guests as well as a private in-room breakfast for the bridal couple
- Transportation of the bridal couple and all guests from the lodge to the ceremony area in the
bush
- Wedding ceremony in the bush, including a snack and witnesses at the bridal ceremony (Rhulani
staff)
- Private drive for the bridal couple for a photo shoot in the bush after the ceremony
- A welcome drink and snack for guests at Rhulani’s outside lounge overlooking the waterhole
during the bridal couple’s photo shoot
- Wedding reception and special wedding dinner at the lodge
- Single-layer wedding cake with decoration of your choice
- Singing and dancing by the Rhulani Tswana choir, ensuring a typical safari wedding
- Special wedding turndown for the bridal couple on the wedding day, including a bottle of South - -

The food - fantastic, lots of diversity, so much care for any food restrictions, lots of different tastes and high quality. The staff - goes above and beyond and a total joy to be around. And the reserve - words can’t even describe it. An incredible amount of animals with extremely knowledgeable guides who know what they are doing, understand the animals, and really add a personal touch. Absolutely incredible.
