Loved everything about the hotel

Loved everything about the hotel especially the service from the dining room, Thembi and Nothabo were so friendly, wonderful staff not forgetting Millions from the reception she welcomed us with a big smile we arrived early but she managed to get us a room on time

Service was great

Recently had a team lunch of over 50 people, the service was great and everything moved swiftly from arrival, setting up branded material and to serving the team as to when we needed assistance. A big thank you to Zandi for always coming through and checking up on us, and making sure that all our conferences are handled well.

Between the airport and Sandton

It is a great location between the airport and Sandton, they have friendly staff! Ask for Million at the front desk, she was super helpful with all our inquieres.

Beautiful, and well maintained garden

Had a 3 nights stay at this hotel. Very quiet hotel with a Victorian look. The room with a balcony faces a beautiful, and well maintained garden. My room was cleaned by my best housekeeping Agnes. A great thanks to her devotion and passion for her work and always a smile on her face. Four fluffy pillows with options; soft and firm. Everyday tea/coffee...are replenished. Overall good service and very helpful team. Keep it up!
