The room with a balcony faces a beautiful, and well maintained garden. My room was cleaned by my best housekeeping Agnes. A great thanks to her devotion and passion for her work and always a smile on her face. Four fluffy pillows with options; soft and firm. Everyday tea/coffee...are replenished. Overall good service and very helpful team. Keep it up!Had a 3 nights stay at this hotel. Very quiet hotel with a Victorian look.
