We were there in August. The gardens was still resting. Even though the gardens were beautiful when we were there, I would love to see it in full bloom during spring and summer. The staff are absolutely amazing and attentive at all times. The property and hotel/rooms are in mint condition and have never looked better. Def worth the stay if u looking for a great night or weekend away to relax and unwind! We stayed here for 3 nights and were impressed by the elegantly furnished main house and the cottage. Plus a beautifully landscaped garden. The staff and the warm service are also outstanding, making guests feel very welcome and comfortable. The restaurant which offers a 4 or 6 course menu for dinner is excellent ! Our room was fabulous, clean and comfortable, topped off with amazing views of the dam and green fields. Perfect for lazing about. We really enjoyed the holiday.
