Love everything about this hotel! The staff is friendly. If you need anything they will help or get it for you. They make the experience more fun and enjoyable. The rooms are amazing and cozy. You can stay in the room all day if you want. Just phone the restaurant, bar or reception of you need anything and the staff will bring it to your room. You can relax outside by the pool or by the outside bar and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean. Really love this hotel! Love everything about this hotel! The staff is friendly. Lovely restaurant with stunning views of Scottburgh. The main beach is not far away to walk. There are great activities for the kids, which include a trampoline and giant chess set. There is a soft play area for the little ones as well. The pool is always clean, and a cocktail bar is situated there. The place its self literally is a 4 star not a 3. Very clean, rooms are spacious and bathrooms are very clean. Top notch place for Family where you just want to kick back, relax and forget about typical daily life. Definitely will be back.The place its self literally is a 4 star not a 3. We phoned on Sunday morning around 09:00 to make a booking for the evening's buffet dinner, even though we are not residents at the hotel. We were helped in a friendly and professional manner. When we arrived at the hotel at 18:30 all the staff was aware of our booking, we were greeted by our reservation name, and our table was ready. Elaine was our hostess. She is truly the best! From start to finish she was so kind, friendly and professional.
