Can we bring our own liquor or serve our own alcohol?
No. Due to our liquor license, Warehouse 109 must supply and serve all alcohol.
What decorations are allowed?
Most decorations are welcome! However, no permanent or damaging alterations are allowed (e.g., nails in walls, tape on painted surfaces). Confetti and similar items are prohibited. Attaching decorations to the backdrop curtain is not allowed.
Can we hold our ceremony at Warehouse 109?
Yes! Ceremonies can be held in the courtyard, garden, or The Library. A ceremony fee applies, which includes seating.
What is the cleanup policy?
All personal items, decorations, and food must be removed the night of the event. Alternatively, we can arrange to have items ready for pickup the next day for an additional fee.
Can we add specific wine, liquor, or beer to the bar package?
Yes, subject to availability and an additional cost.
How can we configure the space for our event?
We’ll work closely with you in the months leading up to your event to create a personalized layout tailored to your guest count and needs.
Are linens included?
No, linens are not included, but we can facilitate their rental and setup if desired.
Can we access the venue the night before for setup?
Night-before access requires payment of the full rental fee and is subject to availability. Please contact us to inquire.
Can we keep the garage doors open during the event?
Garage doors may be kept open depending on outdoor temperature and noise restrictions. If amplified music is playing, we cannot guarantee the doors will remain open.
What caterers are allowed?
Most licensed caterers are welcome, but they must be approved by Warehouse 109 and comply with our Catering Guidelines (including staffing requirements).
