No. Due to our liquor license, Warehouse 109 must supply and serve all alcohol.
Most decorations are welcome! However, no permanent or damaging alterations are allowed (e.g., nails in walls, tape on painted surfaces). Confetti and similar items are prohibited. Attaching decorations to the backdrop curtain is not allowed.
Yes! Ceremonies can be held in the courtyard, garden, or The Library. A ceremony fee applies, which includes seating.
All personal items, decorations, and food must be removed the night of the event. Alternatively, we can arrange to have items ready for pickup the next day for an additional fee.

Garage doors may be kept open depending on outdoor temperature and noise restrictions. If amplified music is playing, we cannot guarantee the doors will remain open.
Most licensed caterers are welcome, but they must be approved by Warehouse 109 and comply with our Catering Guidelines (including staffing requirements).
